Graham Robson – Director, Coherence Design Ltd.

Graham Robson leads the Coherence Design team, a specialist SaaS consultancy practice providing professional services and add-on capabilities for Zendesk. Over the past three years, Graham became a Zendesk power user, and with over 50 successful client project implementations is the leading Zendesk Implementation partner. As a seasoned VP of professional services for software technology companies, Graham has experience supporting clients through business analysis, solution architecture, project and support management, and training design and delivery.

Martin Seibert – CEO, Seibert Media

Martin Seibert, CEO of the Zendesk Partner //SEIBERT/MEDIA in Germany, is 32 years old and has been running his web agency since 1996. His team of 60 employees delivers professional services for Zendesk success including usage adoption strategies, consulting, and user and administrative training. They specialize in design customizations for Zendesk, offer custom integration of data and development of Zendesk plugins, and develop the free OTRS to Zendesk converter.

Stafford Vaughan – Training Principal, CustomWare

Based in San Francisco, Stafford Vaughan is a founding author of Zendesk official training courses and manages the Zendesk training organization worldwide. Over the past 5 years, Stafford has trained and worked with many large organizations such as NASA, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, Stanford University, The Pentagon, Deutsche Bank and The United Nations. His background is in Software Engineering, and in his spare time Stafford enjoys doing volunteer work at the local animal shelter.

Nick FranklinAsia Pacific Business Development Manager, Zendesk
Nick was one of the first 10 team members at Zendesk and has been with us for nearly 3 years. Most of this time was spent in London where he established Zendesk's EMEA team. Nick recently relocated to Manila, Phillippines and joined Zendesk APAC as Business Development Manager for Asia. Prior to joining Zendesk Nick worked as a product manager where he was an early adoper of Zendesk. Nick graduated from the University of Lincoln, UK (also a Zendesk customer) and spent a year studying computer animation in San Francisco. 



Peter Godden
– Asia Pacific Trainer, Zendesk

Peter is based in our Melbourne office and has been a member of the Zendesk team since October 2011. Much of his time is spent providing support and working with businesses to get the most out of Zendesk. Before joining us, Peter spent around 6 years working for a software company doing company support, instructional videos, help file creation and web development.




Michael Hansen
– VP and Asia Pacific GM, Zendesk

Michael joined Zendesk prior to the launch in 2007. Michael has over 10 years help desk and 25 years IT experience from 4 continents, and among many things has set-up Zendesk's Global Support Organisation. After being based in Hong Kong and San Francisco for Zendesk, Michael is now back in Melbourne, Australia.
